Sligro Food Group has a number of investments in associates, including Spar Holding (45%) and Vemaro (40%).
Additionally, Sligro Food Group has interests in a number of specialist fresh produce companies, namely Ruig (poultry and game), Kaldenberg (meat) and Verhoeven (artisanal bread and confectionery). These producers’ sales are largely channelled via Sligro Food Group.
