Sligro Food Group N.V. reports that the transaction announced on 7 May 2019 to acquire the shares in Exploitatiemaatschappij Wheere B.V. by Sligro Food Group Nederland B.V. has been finalised. This includes the activities of Vroegop Ruhe & Co B.V., consisting of food wholesaler De Kweker, Vroegop AGF and freight company L.A.J. Duncker.
