Sligro Food Group has won the Prix de Mazars 2010, the public award for the best annual report by a listed company.
Sligro Food Group achieved the highest score (8.6) in the ‘other listed companies’ category of the international survey sponsored by accountancy firm Mazars. This score was well above the average of 7.2. Other nominees were Imtech, Mediq, Nutreco and Vopak.
This is the third time that the award has been made. In the survey, investors, analysts and other users give their opinions on the annual reports of listed companies. 898 respondents took part in the survey this year, an increase of 20% compared with 2009. 37% of the respondents are based abroad and 28% are financial professionals.
