Sligro Food Group announces that it intends to appoint Willem-Jan Strijbosch as Foodservice director and member of the Executive Board of Sligro Food Group Nederland B.V. with effect from 1 June 2011.
As a member of the Executive Board, he will take over the responsibilities of Henk-Jan Peterse. At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in March 2012, Willem-Jan Strijbosch will also be proposed for appointment as a member of the Executive Board of Sligro Food Group N.V.
