Sligro Food Group N.V. announces that the Annual report for 2010 is available with effect from today.
The Dutch Association for Investor Relations (NEVIR) awarded Sligro Food Group for Leading Quoted Company for Investor Relations 2012 in the category AScX.
Sligro Food Group sales in 2010 amounted to € 2,286 million, an increase of € 28 million or 1.2% (2009: € 2,258 million).
Sligro Food Group revenue over the first three quarters (39 weeks) totalled €1,668 million, an increase of 2.0% (Q3: 0.7%) compared with sales of €1,635 million in 2009.
Sligro Food Group has won the Prix de Mazars 2010, the public award for the best annual report by a listed company.
Sligro Food Group’s acquisition of Sanders Supermarkten was finalised today.
