Sligro is the most sustainable wholesaler of 2025

The Sustainable Development 400 (SD400), published by MT/Sprout, showcases the frontrunners of Dutch business in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship. For this ranking, nearly 3,800 business decision-makers evaluated their peers on ecological sustainability, social sustainability, and good corporate governance. Based on their input, the 400 leaders were selected who demonstrate that sustainability is deeply embedded in their operations.

On Tuesday, December 9, the results of the annual survey were presented. In the category ‘Wholesale’, Sligro is number one! This category is much broader than just ‘food’; wholesalers in technology and pharma are also represented here. That’s why it’s great that our sustainable achievements are widely recognized and appreciated.
