Sligro Food Group N.V.’s sales for the first quarter of 2019 (13 weeks) were €528 million, an increase of €3 million or 0.5% compared with the figure of €525 million for the same period in 2018.

The General Meeting of Shareholders, AGM, will be held on March 20, 2019 at the offices of the Company, Corridor 11 Veghel, the Netherlands.
Net profit for the year amounted to €276 million, an all-time record for the Group. 2018 was characterised by numerous extraordinary and non-recurring income and expenditure items.
