Veghel, 2 May 2017 - The transaction concerning the takeover of ISPC Belgium by Sligro Food Group announced on 23 January 2017 was concluded today.
Sligro Food Group N.V.'s sales for the first quarter of 2017 (13 weeks) were €669 million, an increase of €36 million or 5.8% compared with the figure of €633 million in 2016.
